I think everybody needs to have a really good black eyeliner pen for a black waterline. Look at the difference between these two eyes. This is very like classic, glamorous, doe-eyed almost. And then this one is sultry and badass. I really like this one by About Face. It's the Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void. This formula is so good because it's smooth enough to glide on your waterline without making you tear up, pigmented enough to last throughout the day. I like to put it in the upper waterline as well. I just used this About Face Line Artist Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void and it's this really pretty black. This was super easy to put on. It glides very very well. It's very creamy formula. I think the color is really pretty and it was just my biggest compliment to this is how easy it was to put on. And with some gel eyeliners sometimes they're not as precise or the color isn't as strong but with this one I really like it and again, biggest compliment, so easy to put on.
