I think everybody needs to have a really good black eyeliner pen for a black waterline. Look at the difference between these two eyes. This is very like classic, glamorous, doe-eyed almost. And then this one is sultry and badass. I really like this one by About Face. It's the Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void. This formula is so good because it's smooth enough to glide on your waterline without making you tear up, pigmented enough to last throughout the day. I like to put it in the upper waterline as well. This makes your lash line look thicker. And that is it. Let me know what you guys think.

And with some gel eyeliners sometimes they're not as precise or the color isn't as strong but with this one I really like it and again, biggest compliment, so easy to put on.
