I think everybody needs to have a really good black eyeliner pen for a black waterline. Look at the difference between these two eyes. This is very like classic, glamorous, doe-eyed almost. And then this one is sultry and badass. I really like this one by About Face. It's the Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void. This formula is so good because it's smooth enough to glide on your waterline without making you tear up, pigmented enough to last throughout the day. I like to put it in the upper waterline as well. This makes your lash line look thicker. And that is it. Let me know what you guys think.

I just used this About Face Line Artist Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void and it's this really pretty black. This was super easy to put on. It glides very very well. It's very creamy formula. I think the color is really pretty and it was just my biggest compliment to this is how easy it was to put on. And with some gel eyeliners sometimes they're not as precise or the color isn't as strong but with this one I really like it and again, biggest compliment, so easy to put on.

Today I'm going to review the About Face Beauty cream eyeshadow. I've actually personally developed a couple different formulas of cream eyeshadows and the one thing that is mandatory for me is that they have good pigment lay down and this one does. The other thing that's important with a cream eyeshadow is dry time. You want it to dry quick so it doesn't smudge but you also want to have some play time so that if you want to use the applicator for a more graphic effect and a harder line or a finger and smudge it out you can do that. So after applying either with the chosen applicator or with your finger I go in and then blend with the small brush. I go under my eyelid on the top eyelid and then I go ahead and blend into the crease. This is a really easy kind of less than a minute eye look that gives you a punch once you add mascara and you're pretty much ready to go. The formula lasted all day so I would definitely buy it again.
