Today I'm going to be starting my Agent Nature supplements. So these are supposed to help your hair grow longer, your skin look better. You just mix it in with any food or beverage that you're eating that day. So I'll take down my hair just so you can kind of get a basis of where we're starting. So this is the length of my hair. This is the length of my nails. Both are pretty short, as you can see. I am pretty happy with the way that my skin's looking now, but I think that you can always improve there too and just keep everything healthy. So I will keep updating you with how I think it's going, taking this every day. ♪♪♪

I am so excited to try this collagen by Agent... I don't know if it's Nature or Nature, I don't know. But it's called Holly Main. It's for hair, skin, nails. And I wanted to try it because it's not flavored. And I've tried a lot of other collagens and they have a lot of other vitamins in them or they have flavoring and I just never stick to it. So I want to see if I can stick to this one. Mainly, like I have a little bit of skin barrier issues but mostly I'm turning 40 and my hair is thinning. Like here. So I'm gonna take before and after pictures. I'll do maybe like a 30 day, 60 day, 90 day. And hopefully this works. So I'm gonna try it.
