supposed to keep your hair fresh and absorb the sweat throughout the workout and once you finish you spray it in again and then you style it and supposed to be good as new. I work out seven days a week sometimes twice a day so I'm really excited for this and it smells so good it just says to spray at the root and then rub it in. I'm gonna go get this workout in and then see how well it absorbs. It's officially complete one hour 13 minutes. I work out outside so my hair definitely feels a little like less sweaty and okay so here it is after brushing it like semi barely styling it with the Revlon a hair dryer brush. I wouldn't only use this and not use dry shampoo. I would still definitely use dry shampoo. The only thing with this product though is it doesn't leave any white residue. My hair is so dark so dry shampoo leaves that white residue and I don't like it.

Ah, you guys have no idea how excited I am to finally try this dry mist shampoo that I've been hearing so much about. It is perfect for gym hair. All you need to do is spray it into your roots, rub it in and bam! Any hair wear, it looks as good as new you guys, I promise.

If you work out, you know the struggle of having to wash your hair almost every day I was so excited to try this pre post workout dry shampoo But I have to say I felt like it didn't really do much I wasn't a big fan of the scent and overall it's a no for me
