If you have hyperpigmentation like I do, this product is a must-have for your skincare routine. It's the Algenist Brightening Serum with Vitamin C sourced from Blue Algae. I loved their Dark Spot Peel so much that I just had to get this matching serum. So here you see I'm putting it on and I'm concentrating on the areas where I have hyperpigmentation. And of course I'm going to follow with a sunscreen because prevention is just as important as treatment. I love that I can use this to treat my skin throughout the day, but it's also lightweight enough to wear under my makeup and my sunscreen.

My morning facial routine. Step one, wash face. Step two, toner. Step three, Blue Aji Vitamin C Serum. Brightens my skin so I don't look sleepy. The green evens out red undertones. Step four, eye cream. Step five, moisturizer. And now my skin is ready for the day.

And the final video of the day is the collagen sleeping cream. I have a little spatula, it did not come with it. This is vegan collagen, amino acids, ceramides, algorhonic acid. It's a whole host of really amazing ingredients and this is a sleeping cream. So you put this on at night. I put it on a little thick and then wake up and my skin is so happy. I mean it is really happy this morning.

Algenist Sublime Defense SPF 50 helps protect the skin against UVA and UVB damage and is also packed with antioxidants and great ingredients that help delay signs of aging. While it isn't as fast absorbing as I'd like it to be, it does feel nice going on, kind of has this silky feel to it. And don't worry about this cast you see I have going on. As you rub this in and it kind of just sinks into the skin, it does go away. The formula is also oil free and gives this soft matte finish that I'm really loving.
