You use it as you're curling your hair or straightening your hair It provides a great buildable coverage. It's not crunchy or sticky or tacky at all It's a very buildable fine formula is phthalate free paraben free sulfate free and it also has a UV protectant So it's great for lighter hair colors to help protect it from the Sun. Would you believe me if I told you this is my hair after the gym and the shower? This is the secret. This working hairspray by Alterna is absolutely incredible. It's amazing because it creates a really flexible hold so your hair doesn't get weighed down, it doesn't get crunchy or brittle. It really maintains the volume and the natural texture of your hair while keeping your hair totally in place. I love how buildable this hairspray is. You can use just a little bit for a tiny bit of hold or a lot for a more full coverage hold but no matter how much you use, and I use actually a lot here, it doesn't get crunchy and I hate that most hairsprays make your hair really crunchy. So if you want that beautiful perfect hold that lasts all day with zero crunch, you need to try this hairspray.

If you haven't seen my last hair video where I put my hair in one of these where I wrapped it around, I definitely recommend watching it because this is actually what I used.
