I've got a pro and a con. My pro is that this is a really great heat protectant. I think it works. My hair feels healthier than ever. I've been using it for about a week now. And I pretty much use heat on my hair every other day after I wash it. I will either blow dry it or I'll curl it or straighten it, especially around my hair. Now this is like third day hair, so it's looking a little rough. But my only con about this is you almost have to use it when your hair is wet. Because this is how, or it says towel dried hair, but most of the time if I don't blow dry it, I want to be able to use a heat protectant still. But this is how it goes. I cannot put that on my dry hair. Which, you know, I get it. I probably should have read the instructions before I even bought it. But I mean, I love it. It's a really good heat protectant. And whenever I use it before I blow dry my hair, it's great. But I wanted it for other things.

I'm always putting heat on my hair. So I need to always make sure I have a heat protecting spray and I got to try this one from Alterna. It's the first product I've ever tried from Alterna. It's the caviar anti-aging restructuring bond repair leave-in heat protectant spray strengthens and protects damaged hair up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, which is excellent now I think I put too much in my hair because I'm used to something that's a little more spray Then this seems a little more leave-in conditioner, but it did a good job So I look forward to working with this more and seeing where the sweet spot is

Someone once told me that the secret to making your hair last is to spray dry shampoo on day one after a blowout or after you wash it. But the problem with that for me is that dry shampoos usually dry out my scalp and I end up getting so itchy that I have to wash my hair. I just purchased the My Hair My Canvas Another Day Dry Shampoo. I tried it a few days ago and honestly, so far so good, but I'll keep you posted.

Ooh, I like the smell. It's a very... it's a very workable hairspray, so like I can still run my fingers in it. And it's not feeling crunchy, but it's giving me back that like volume and pieciness I need. Mmm. I gotta figure out what that scent is. Do you know what it is? Tell me, because it's yummy.

I'm going out so I did my rollers and I'm gonna try this hairspray. I'm just gonna put it you know like all around. I already put a little bit before the video and I'm gonna show you the results.
