These are individually wrapped, pre-moistened shower sheets. And all you do is you take one of these bad boys out, and they're pretty large, which is nice. You can use them on your entire body. You use peppermint oil to refresh. You can definitely feel kind of like a cooling, tingling sensation on your skin, which feels really nice, especially if you've been sweating a lot. It uses glycolic acid to exfoliate your skin and help remove dead skin cells. It uses aloe and jojoba seed oil to help moisturize. And then it uses vitamin E to condition your skin. I definitely feel moisturized after using it. It doesn't feel very stripped or dry or tight after, which to me tells you that it's a very good product. So definitely recommend these. Check them out.
