Hey guys, I just got this on crate supplement. It is a immunity plus advanced daily supplement. I usually take airborne or vitamin E, the emergency, that's what it's called, and I've been taking these capsules in place. I feel like everyone in my house has a cold right now and this is doing a great job of protecting me. And it comes with 60 capsules. I would highly recommend getting this if you are a fan of DC.

All right, so this is the a system pre-workout. Did I get it because it says it's from Wayne Enterprises and it's It's from DC Comics and Batman Yeah, that is why I got it But also I want to start getting into working out again after my I heal for my hand surgery Did I work out after trying this this I've been on it for about five hours now if you want to call Wrangling my three-year-old and successfully getting him down for a nap during his defiant stage then yes I did work out so usually after that I feel like Completely exhausted and I just like lay there for a while with no energy left I could go work out right now, and I only took one Also with pre-workout so you can tend to feel a little like jittery because it has like you know This has green tea in it, but it also has cordyceps mushrooms and ashwagandha Give you like a more chill vibe

All right, so this is the a system gummies it's for productivity So I got this for the like afternoon. Lol that you get and They're coming these 16 gummies that are actually quite tasty I was a little bit nervous trying them in the afternoon because I've tried something else from a system that gave me a ton of Energy, but it was a pre-workout This is supposed to give you energy and focus without making you feel like Overly like jittery So it has a lot of things that do that like the elf union and the lion's mane Mushroom, but also have stuff that gives you energy because it has a caffeine extract and a vitamin b12 in here And so I would say it does just that I feel like we're focused and I have energy But I do not feel like cracked out and like I'm not gonna be able to sleep tonight And they're actually really tasty. So so far. It's a yes for me
