Founded in 2018 by Tiila Abbitt, a passionate, highly creative product development professional with 11+ years' experience- including the international prestige beauty industry. Tiila has a BFA in sculpture and an MFA in fashion design. She worked in the fashion industry for over 5 years before transitioning to beauty. She is highly passionate for the sustainable beauty product realm. Tiila spent 7 years at Sephora in charge of product development for makeup collaborations and accessories. Her obsession with sustainability lead her to become the lead R+D for sustainable materials while also being on the sustainability leadership council for the retailer. Being a global brand, Tiila quickly learned that in the USA, there are only 11 banned chemicals in color cosmetics while in the European Union, there are over 1300. Because of this, she learned how to formulate color cosmetics with a very large chemical ban list and how to substitute for cleaner alternatives. Tiila has had a long tenure passion for the organic product realm and has been a vegetarian for over 24 years, and also incorporating a plant based diet. Always bringing natural, organic alternatives into her everyday (including learning how to cook organic food at an organic restaurant while in college) she started to look at natural makeup formulation and just found that none of the offerings could truly compete with the efficacy of conventional beauty. The space lacked choice of color and trend, as well as truly sustainable packaging.  

Plastic makeup componentry is a huge source of pollution globally and Tiila really wanted to create a brand that was ethically-sustainable, beyond the formulation, but in everything that Āthr Beauty creates. 

Tiila is aware of the eco footprint we have in everything we do and as a founder, wants to bring sustainability into every decision at Āthr Beauty.

Okay, so first of all, I know I don't look great. I'm about to hop in the shower. I just worked out, no makeup on, whatever. I wanted to talk about the A'Fair Beauty Ruby Lip Cream in the shade Dream. So I picked up three of these shades through my flip box, and this is like a reddish neutral shade. I've been wearing these for a few weeks now, and I really like them because they are non-drying. They're not going to be transfer proof. So even when this does dry down a little bit, you're still going to see some transfer, but they stay on for a really long time and they leave a good stain on your lips. Personally, liquid lipsticks are too drying for me, so this is a great happy medium. It's more of a lip cream, a liquid lip cream as opposed to a lipstick. And I love that it's not too drying. Ether Beauty Ruby Lip Cream in Protect Love a doe foot applicator Super pigmented and creamy

So the Arthur Beauty Radiant Lip Cream is amazing. I love it so much. It has the perfect nude shades. It goes on feeling really liquidy like a water, but it's super pigmented, and it also has a shine to it, and it feels super comfortable in the lips, and it just wears really beautifully. I love it so much. I recommend.

Add their Beauty a Dream of Radiant Ruby Lip Cream. Love the brush application. Perfect everyday nude shade. So lightweight feels like I'm applying water but still pigmented. Has a nice shine to it but is a semi-matte finish. Long lasting and doesn't give a crummy feel when you reapply. Love it!

I just wanted to hop on here really quick and talk about what I got my flip box today Which is the aether beauty radiant ruby lip cream and I got it in the shade dream So you can see that it is kind of a different shade on my lip than it is in the bottle I would say this is more Maybe like nudish and a bit darker and it is a kind of brighter on here and has more of a red tint to it So not disappointed I still really like it and I think this is a color that will work well No matter what undertones you have So it does dry a bit matte but you still get a little bit of that shine and it's not over drying my lips still feel moisturized and Here is our swatch on my hand. It is still drying but I Really like it I've had it on for a couple hours now, and I think that this would be a great addition to your lips

Finishing off my lip look with this Aether Beauty lip cream in the color Manifest. Ooh, I love this color! It's a yes for me.

Alright you guys, I need you to tell me if it's just me, but I feel like the color out of the bottle is slightly different than it is on my lips and I'll tell you why that's actually a good thing. So when I ordered this, it looked kind of cooler tone. It does look cooler tone in the bottle as well, but I have a warmer skin tone so I was a little concerned about how it would look on me, but I was very impressed that when I put it on, it kind of brightens my face regardless. So this goes to show me that whether you have a cool, neutral, or warm skin tone, this is going to look fabulous on you just like it does on me. It's got a really great satin-like finish so it's a little bit moisturizing on your lips, really comfortable to wear all day, and doesn't dry out and kind of enhance the fine lines in your lips. So this is definitely a keeper.

I think I found my perfect your lips but better color with Ather Beauty in the shade Manifest Let me just show you a quick swatch All right, this is the shade Manifest just swatched onto my arm This is a sustainable lipstick, which is so exciting and not only that it's kind of a mix between a lip gloss and a Liquid lipstick. So let's see what it looks like on my lips Okay, so I didn't show you guys my process of applying just because it's so embarrassing and I do it really unprofessionally But here is what the lipstick looks like on it's gorgeous. It's super lightweight It's not a matte liquid lipstick. So it does look dewy on my lips, which I love it also makes my teeth look a lot whiter than I'm used to so I'm just really into this and I'm excited to try more products by Ather Beauty

I'm pretty conservative when it comes to lip color so I was a little nervous when I got the Aether Beauty lip color. I really do love the packaging it's very pretty. I also like the shape of the doe foot it seems good for putting on lipstick. Here we go. Oh it's bright. So initial reaction is this is a bit bright for me but I'm gonna see what I can do with it. I blotted it and went over it with my Tower 28 lip gloss in coconut and now I love it. I think it's a really pretty color for summer. Tell me what you think.

Self love. I think that's a perfect match. And then I didn't get like the bleeding that I did down here last time. I like this color a lot. This is like my new bold color. I never do bold color, but I like it. So creamy.

I am getting ready to shoot a video and I thought I would try on this Aether Beauty lip gloss. It is in Self Love, which I absolutely love the name of it. And I'm going to try it on and let's just see if it looks good and what my thoughts are. Okay, so this is the bottle. This is the pigment. It is so pretty. Oh my god, it is so... pink. I really like the way that it goes on. I love the color.

Okay, so this morning I've been testing out the Aether Beauty Radiant Ruby Lip product in the shade Self Love. I've had this on for three hours now. It stayed on really well. It applies similar to like a lip cream or more of a lip gloss, but it has decent staying power. It's not transfer proof. So you'll see there was a little bit of a stain, but I've been eating, I've been drinking, I've been talking and it's still on my lips. So I'm really, really impressed and I got the other colors to try out as well. So I'm excited to test those, but definitely recommend these.

This is the Aether Beauty Radiant Ruby Lip Cream in the shade Self Love, which is a deep rose pink shade. This was incredibly easy to apply and glided on very smoothly. I love the coverage and color of this. I can definitely see this becoming a staple lip product for me, no matter what season it is. Definitely check this one out.

How stunning is this lip color? I am so excited to test this one out. So this is the shade Self Love and I just thought this was such a unique shade. Okay, this is the most stunning lip shade. Like I said, this is shade Self Love. This is going to be the most perfect shade for spring and summer. I love this and the formula is so soft and so smooth, like I literally don't even feel like I am wearing lipstick. Definitely recommend checking this out.

Let me tell you, I have been on a roll with these lip creams lately. I found another color I'm obsessed with. This is the shade Self Love from Aether Beauty. I love this candy tone ruby color. It's so stunning on my skin tone. The texture is super creamy and light. It does not dry matte, so you're going to have to reapply every couple of hours. But I'm just so in love with this color. I'll be wearing it again and again this season.
