These are the best cookie sheets I've ever used. This is the Baker's Secret Flat Cookie Tray set of two. Breaking these in with some homemade chocolate chip cookies and my taste tester approves so far. These cookie sheets are made of pure natural aluminum, commercial grade for consistent results, have life durability, and a heavy duty structure designed to last. My second helper is eager to get the next tray in the oven. Meanwhile, these cookies are super easy to remove from the tray. It's really nonstick. Recommended to wash with warm soapy water by hand and it's so easy to remove any debris and rinses clean really fast. Final taste test fully approves the cookies and these cookie sheets. I'm happy that I got them and to have these little ones grow up with really great cookie sheets.
