The first thing that drew me to this palette besides just the beautiful neutral tones is the fact that this is a mica based formula so there's no talc in this formula and the more I hear about talc honestly makes me a little scared so this was very appealing. So it is called the pocket size palette and it is very petite. To be honest the plastic, just the enclosure, even like the pans inside, it's giving dollar store makeup. Here are the swatches overall they're extremely buildable, not high pigment on first swipe. I have all the shades on my eyes with the exception of these middle two here. They're very blendable, almost to a fault, but if you're really into that light powdery formula I think you're really going to like it. Let me show you. These kind of remind me of Smashbox if you've tried Smashbox shadows.

I made my first look with the Bake Up palette. I just did something simple. All I did was take one fluffy brush like this. I put on eye primer. I took the powder blue, and I just kind of lightly dusted kind of on the inner part of my eye. I was wanting more of just kind of like a light kiss of color. And then on the outer bit, I went in with a little bit of the purple. And then I just took like a little bit of the pink and to kind of intensify the redness in it, I just kind of tapped, tapped, tapped. I think it's really pretty, like very like ethereal. I think that's the like vibe I get is ethereal, if you get what I'm saying. Like you can create these like really beautiful, light, like water paint colors. That's what it reminds me of, like a water painting on your eye. So pretty. I can't wait to play with more of the colors, but I had to dig into blue and purple because those are my favorite colors. So those went first.

I've been wanting to try the pastel palm palette from bake up ever since I saw a makeup look from Katie Jane Hughes I love pastel colors and this palette is stunning and I love how small it is It'll be easy to travel with this has five eyeshadows and three pressed pigments. I can't resist. It's so beautiful I wanted to do some quick finger swatches with no primer I just really wanted to see how the colors looked on my skin from the jump. They're super super soft You can tell they're very finely milled. I think the colors are absolutely stunning They are the prettiest true pastel colors I'm, really pumped to try this with a brush try it with some primer and see what fun looks I can come up with Here's the palette again because it is so stunning. Like I can't stop looking at it
