I'm a big fan of Tube Technology mascara and this is the Ultra Volume from Blink. One of the greatest benefits of Tube Technology mascara is that it's oil-proof, which is unlike waterproof mascara. It doesn't smudge on my oily skin or against any of the oil-based cosmetics or skincare products that I use. Blink makes a variety of different tubing mascaras. This Ultra Volume is my favorite for a day when I want to feel a little bit more glammed up. I also love the removal process of this mascara because it's no mess. Here I'm applying oil just to demonstrate that oil and makeup remover won't budge the mascara. All you need is a little bit of water and some light pressure. This is when you can really see that tubing technology because the mascara literally rolls off like little tubes and there's no mess. There's no dye on my skin or on my towel. When I think about how often I'm standing in the rain or swimming in mascara, it's basically never. So, it's oil-proof tube mascara for me.

I wish I could love this mascara, but unfortunately, it didn't really do anything. Yes, it's a 2B mascara. I'm a big fan of 2B mascaras. I love them because they're super easy to remove with just warm water. They're smudge-proof, they're sweat-proof, they're waterproof. It's amazing. Maybe the spoolie is just not my thing. I really love the consistency. It's super silky smooth, but it looks like I have way less lashes when I apply it, and I'm losing my curl immediately. It just flattens my lashes right away after first coat. Maybe I should use different spoolie. I'm going to give this mascara a second chance. I don't know why it flattens my lashes right away. Maybe because of the spoolie, maybe because of the formula. I cannot tell yet. I'm going to try to apply it with a spoolie next time, and I'm going to tell you how it worked, okay?

I'm going to demonstrate here as I dunk the mascara into water and as you can see this mascara isn't going anywhere. At the same time, it's incredibly easy to remove. All you need is a combination of water and pressure and it wipes right off. It's absolutely amazing, so easy to use and makes your lashes look literally like falsies.
