These are the Blue Shift supplement pods. They're kind of like the IV packets that you pour into water. This pack of three bags has 14 in each bag. They each have a different flavor and they're all for a specific thing. One is for pregame, one is for electrolytes, and one is for sleep. It is supposed to be the Big Night Out Bundle and it's $72 for all 42 of these pods, but I got it for free from my gift on Flip, so it's definitely worth it. So you just pour it into your water and give it a shake and it tastes so good. It tastes like Gatorade. My favorite is sleep because sometimes I have trouble sleeping and I feel like this helps me a little bit.
