Good morning everybody and welcome to my wake up with me mini vlog. Today with the Boca manual brush. First I want to get up, do some stretching, get some light in here because you know it's the morning we need it. Head to the bathroom and pick up my brush. It has that cute little cover that I love so much. Get some toothpaste going and finally put it out to the test. I really like this toothbrush because I tend to be a bit of an aggressive brusher so it's really soft and I think it's kinder to my gums than an electric toothbrush would be. Again because of my aggressive brushing I need it and now look we're squeaky clean and pain free.

I have been a longtime promoter fan of Boca. They're really dedicated to oral health. They have these really soft charcoal bristles toothbrushes and the charcoal bristles are not going to damage any crowns or anything like that. So I definitely recommend them. But more importantly, I love their tongue scraper. They can be used for a very long time. You just rinse them, you literally stick your tongue out. Great. And then you rinse. So using one of these every single day is going to reduce bacteria, going to reduce bad breath.
