I was really excited to try the sea moss supplement because I know that sea moss is so good for your skin until I saw a really creepy warning on the back of the bottle. So as you can see here it says warning reproductive harm and then has a government website. So I've been doing some research, I went to that website, I honestly haven't found anything talking about how this product can be bad for reproductive health but before I do take this product I want to research the heck out of it and make sure that nothing in here is actually bad for reproductive health because sometimes these warnings are just because the product is natural and not regulated by the FDA. Now I'm not going to recommend this yet because I have not come to a conclusion but I'm going to keep researching and I'm going to make sure that before I recommend this product to you it's actually safe and not going to cause any harm to your body whatsoever. So I haven't even taken this product at all because before I do I want to make sure that it is absolutely safe. I will keep you guys updated to let you know if this sea moss supplement is safe. Hopefully it is, fingers crossed.

Have very sad news. So I got this CMOS supplement by Bondi morning a while ago And I finally tried it about a month ago all of a sudden I noticed that I was breaking out really badly, but I could not figure out where I was from So I was texting my esthetician like help I'm breaking out and she asked me is there anything different that I'm doing in my diet I told her I started taking CMOS She was like, why don't you just get off of it? See what happens I get off of this within a couple days my acne went away So I don't think this is a bad supplement for everyone for me personally. It broke me out really badly I will not be taking this anymore. I just want to share my experience I think if you do have acne skin acne prone skin and definitely I do not recommend
