Okay, I have like some really mixed reviews about this one. Um, this is the bonding Bondi morning ultra blend I I Didn't really feel an energy effect with this I did feel like I was full for longer But that could also be placebo because I was drinking a cup of water when I was taking this it also has Mycelium I'm pretty sure which expands with liquid As far as the caffeine, I didn't feel anything with this I also didn't really lose any weight, but it could just be that You know with this at least I didn't really lose any weight. I was just losing One or two pounds a week, but I was also exercising and eating vegetables, you know eating better So this is kind of iffy
