So this is bruising and swelling cream. It's supposed to help speed up the process of bruises and swelling. So this is what it looks like. If you guys have used Tiger Balm before, it smells exactly like Tiger Balm. It's kind of like a minty smell. And it just looks like lotion. So my knee has been kind of swelling recently.
