Before applying I recommend using a toner or an essence just to hydrate the skin a bit. It says you can use four to six drops but I just use three. I rub it in all over my face and then after I rub it in I start patting it in to really make sure it's in there. You also want to wait maybe two to five minutes before applying your moisturizer just so that way you don't get that peeling. Make sure you go under your eyes as well and just pat pat pat and then after moisturizer make sure you use sunscreen and you're all set.
