I started by lightly greasing my pan with oil and combining one pack of protein muffin mix, two eggs, one cup of milk, and one third cup of applesauce. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Next, spoon in your batter into your Caraway muffin tin and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
