I've been wanting to make protein muffins for a while, but I didn't have a muffin tin. So I was super excited when I saw that Caraway had a muffin tin on the flip. I got mine in this super cute green color. So let's make some protein muffins. I started by lightly greasing my pan with oil and combining one pack of protein muffin mix, two eggs, one cup of milk, and one third cup of applesauce. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Next, spoon in your batter into your Caraway muffin tin and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. I love that the Caraway pan is non-toxic and it didn't warp in the oven when it was baking, unlike other pans. Look how easy the muffins slide out.
