Daughter Alex is Vice President of Sales and Promotions, traveling the world creating, planning and executing Chantecaille’s sales and promotional strategies. As director of Media Productions, son Philippe brings his love for art and photography to his work creating brand imagery and videos. Olivier Chantecaille, Sylvie's husband, serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer, where he combines his business acumen with his inherent passion for the environment.

Let me teach you how to simplify the coveted smoky eye. I'm going to be using this olive shade from Chantecaille, but you can use literally whatever you want. And just make sure you're strong enough to open it. I'm starting out with a little bit of bronzer, blend it out in my crease, but you could do that before or after this step, but the point is, get messy. Just put the eyeliner everywhere because you're just going to smudge it out. Then you're going to blend it, and then you're going to go back and repeat. And what I really want to stress to you is to just be patient. Smoky eyes aren't really that hard, it's just tedious because you're putting down product, blending it away, and then having to put it back. And the best part is, you could do literally whatever shape you want. I'm kind of going with the shape of my eye, but you could just do this all over your lid if you wanted to. And lastly, just top it with an eyeshadow so it doesn't move. I know this can be kind of daunting, but once you get that technique down, you're going to be doing it like it's your job.

This olive pencil by Chantecaille, I think it's the best pencil for green eyes. Just look how it complements my green eyes. But even if you have blue or brown eyes, it doesn't matter. The color is so beautiful. It's not green in your face. It's olive with a very gentle gold metallic effect. And I think it will look good on any eyes, but for my green eyes, this is like the most beautiful pencil ever.
