Essentially, it is a more natural version of an energy drink, and I am trying to see if I can get myself off of the not-so-natural stuff. It uses natural sugars, natural flavoring, it's all organic, sparkling water, and I'm about to go to work out right now and see if it still works just as good as the other stuff but is better for you. Let's go. It gave me great energy through my workout. New day and I've also tried this flavor, Watermelon Mint. It's delicious. Love it.
