I have it usually around my nose and around my mouth, and it's such a great natural exfoliant that you can use every day. And see it's not red without damaging your skin barrier. If you've never tried a contact facial sponge, you really should. These are great for removing hard to remove sunscreens, especially like mineral sunscreen. I use one daily to remove my sunscreen at the end of the night. As you can see right now, this is actually my natural skin with no skincare, so really still kind of have a natural glow without drying out your skin, without kind of making being a too harsh of an exfoliant.
