How to make: -Wash your cranberries -Toss in a sweetened liquid then drain -Cover in powdered sugar and shake until coated -Bake in a 200F degree oven until dry. I found 7 minutes to be the sweet spot. Tips: - For liquid you can use anything really because it's mainly to help the powdered sugar stick. Think juice, soda, lemon and a sprinkle of sugar, Prosecco... - Some recipes call for soaking the berries overnight but I honestly don't think that makes much of difference if any. - Powdered sugar comes with either cornstarch or tapioca starch to prevent caking.
