✨1 (20oz) package Cheese Tortellini (refrigerated or frozen) ✨1 lb ground beef ✨2 tsp garlic (minced) ✨Salt/Pepper ✨Italian Seasoning (optional) ✨1 (24oz) jar pasta sauce ✨8oz cream cheese (softened & cubed) ✨2 cups shredded mozzarella ✨1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan 1. Preheat oven to 350° & grease 9x13 baking dish. 2. Cook pasta according to the package & drain. 3. In large skillet brown ground beef with garlic & seasoning of your choice. (used salt, pepper & Italian seasoning.) 4. Drain grease from the browned beef & stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese. Simmer for a few minutes until well incorporated and cream cheese is melted. 5. Pour tortellini in and mix together. Transfer to your casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ mozzarella and parmesan. 6. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. 7. Serve with side salad or garlic bread.
