Melt candy melts in microwave for 30 seconds at a time & stirring inbetween until completely melted. 2. Dip half of an Oreo cookie in the melted candy melts & place on parchment paper. 3. Immediately cover candy melt in sprinkles. 4. Using a toothpick dip in candy melt to secure candy eyes. 5. Remove from parchment paper once completely hardened.
