If you’re gonna paint a hat, stop and listen! Sometimes I just find Walmart, cheap fines, and I try to be creative. This was my favorite hat until it rained, and I did not seal the paint so my forehead was full of rainbow colors. Number one always seal your paintings. Mod podge is your friend. #dyi #paint #hatart
