We've made it to day 70 of our vertical training journey! Over the next week, we'll be adding more weight to our routine but decreasing the number of reps. The goal is to build strength and explosiveness, which will ultimately increase our vertical. Consistency and persistence is key when it comes to achieving any goal, and we're committed to staying on track and working hard. We're thankful for all the new support and we won't let you down.
