Making bread with KitchenAid & Caraway ๐ Ingridients: 4 cups all-purpose flour 21/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 2 tablespoons sugar 11/2 teaspoons salt โข 11/2 cups warm water โข 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine flour & salt 2. Add warm water (under 120 degrees F), yeast & sugar together & let sit until bubbly 3. Add water mixture and melted butter, mix until a dough forms. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface or mixer until smooth. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled 6. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf on floured surface, & place it in (caraway) loaf pan. 7. Allow the dough to rise again until doubled. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375ยฐF for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Add butter to top! ENJOY
