Peanut Butter Mocha Smoothie Recipe I made mine with RYZE mushroom coffee. You can use a serving of your favorite instant coffee or substitute 1/2 cup of cold brew for part of the almond milk. Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk 1 sliced, frozen banana 2 Tbsp peanut butter 1 Tbsp RYZE mushroom coffee 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Honey, to taste Ice for desired consistency Instructions: Blend all ingredients together Enjoy!
Korean Ground Beef w/Broccoli & Rice - Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp minced ginger 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1 Tbsp cooking oil 1 lb ground beef Broccoli, steamed and seasoned 3 cups cooked rice Instructions: Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes Heat cooking oil in pan over medium heat Add ground beef and cook until browned Stir in the sauce and simmer a couple min Remove from heat, add sesame seeds and green onions Serve with broccoli and rice Enjoy!
