HOMEMADE GATORADE for episode 18 of Better Than Store-Bought! 🍋💦🥵 I’ve been running a lot this summer and it’s been insanely hot & humid almost every day, so I’ve been making her recipe to keep myself hydrated. We thought it would make for a fun episode of our Better Than Store-Bought series, since these are made with all natural ingredients that replenish important electrolytes (like potassium and sodium) and energy stores after a tough workout.
