Haunting video footage has emerged of two men and their dog trapped as wildfires encircled their property in Los Angeles. Three fast-moving fires have forced more than 80,000 residents to evacuate from the Pacific Palisades, Pasadena and Sylmar areas of Los Angeles as of Wednesday morning.
