Ribeye Burger Happy national burger day This was hands down the best burger I ve ever made and a must try Ingredients - 2 boneless ribeye steaks - 3 -4 marrow bones - 1 large sweet onion - 2 heads of black garlic - 1 4 cup mayo - 1 2 lemon - Cheddar cheese slices - Salt and pepper for seasoning to taste First get your marrow bones and rub with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper Roast in the oven at 425 for about 15 minutes Add the bone marrow to a hot pan and then add your chopped onion Season with salt and pepper and let caramelize on medium low heat Grind up your ribeyes and form your patties seasoning up with salt and pepper Next make your black garlic aioli by grinding up your black garlic in a molcajete and add your mayo.
