Butternut Squash Soup 🍲🔥 I’m not a big soup guy but this one always slaps 🔥 Ingredients - 2 whole butternut squash’s - 1 head of garlic - 1 large red onion - 3-4 whole carrots - Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 lemon - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme and rosemary, cayenne pepper - 1 can coconut milk - 1 cup of chicken stock (or more if you like it thinner) First, prep your veggies and add them to a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season well with your seasonings. Roast at 400F for 45-50 minutes. Scoop all your veggies into a blender and add your coconut milk and stock.
