    Brisket Shooters Ingredients - Full Brisket - Salt Pepper garlic powder paprika chili powder - Beef tallow - Apple cider vinegar - sourdough bread - pickled red onions - fave bbq sauce - shredded cheddar cheese First trim your brisket then make your BBQ rub with the above spices or just use your favorite rub Add a good layer of your rub all over the brisket and let it sit for about an hour while you fire up your smoker Fire up your masterbuilt smoker to 180F and place your brisket and trimmings inside Cook for 2 hours After 2 hours crank the heat up to 225F and cook until the brisket hits 180F internal temp Probably will take about another 6 -8 hours Then take it off to wrap it Spray your butcher paper with apple cider vinegar and add your brisket Pour the beef tallow from your trimmings
