Week two check onto week three I’m not gonna lie week two was a little rough. I did have some cravings, but with the prep work I did with already peeling my oranges having some dates on hand, making some low-carb cookies and having the Greek yogurt which you can spin into any type of sauce has really benefited me to stay on track!
