starting 75 hard tomorrow not posting everyday but I just wanted to update you 🫡🫡 I usually start 75 day hard when I feel mentally weak and undisciplined- lazy and depressed. It’s just been hard to get out of bed lately and doing something hard every day has helped me in the past with this feeling. I don’t really do it for the physical, but it will be cool to see what happens. I did it last year and almost finished but then I broke my foot and had to quit at day 72 or something like that and it did not sit well with me lol I’m not usually a toxic gym girl but I do like tough love sometimes..when I need it 😅
