How I did it 1 Start Slow I know it s exciting learning the handstand and if you re a determined and impatient person like myself you might overdue it in the beginning with long sessions But if your body is not used to bearing your body s weight on your hands overdoing it can be bad for your j o i n t s - causing shoulder or wrist injury I suggest to start slow instead and build your way up to avoid wrist pain and injury although it is normal for your wrists to be sore in the b e g i n n i n g - just know the difference between pain and soreness 2 Warm Up Always I know this might be annoying to see all over social media especially if you re 21 or younger lol but it s SO IMPORTANT Firstly it helps
