INGREDIENTS: -1 lb lasagna noodles -1 lb ground beef -1 lb Italian sausage -1 lb mozzarella cheese -1.5 cups Parmesan cheese -4 oz ricotta cheese -8 oz cream cheese -1/2 cup red onion -2 tbsp fresh basil -8 oz spinach -1 tsp oregano -5 cloves garlic -24 oz jar pasta sauce -15 oz jar tomato sauce DIRECTIONS: 1.) Break lasagna noodles into pieces. Cook and strain when done. 2.) Add cheeses, spinach, 1 tbsp basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, only 1/2 cup Parmesan to a large bowl. Mix together. 3.) Cook sausage and ground beef. Once browned, add in garlic, remaining basil, onion—cook until softened. Add in pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. 4.) Add noodles into meat mixture. Stir until combined. Pour into a large baking dish. Top with cheese mixture and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. 5.) Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
