FULL RECIPE⬇️ INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs hamburger 8 slices cheddar cheese 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp black pepper 2 large yellow onions 2 tbsp bourbon 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 8 Hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: 1.) Season hamburger patty’s on both sides with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. 2.) Slice onions, then cook in pan until softened. Add in bourbon, if using. Ignite and let the alcohol burn off. 3.) Once onions are softened, add in balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine. Cook for another 10 minutes until completely softened. Remove from and set aside. 4.) Begin cooking hamburgers. Cook to desired doneness, then lightly chop, top with caramelized onions, then cheese. Let cheese melt then set aside. 5) Butter and toast buns, if desired. 6.) Assemble your burgers. I double stack my patty’s to save me some calories in additional buns. Enjoy!
