-You’ll need a good-quality nonstick frying pan (trust me on this 😅). My go-to is ScanPan! -Grab your string cheese and slice the amount you’re going to cook in half. You’re going to want to make enough! 😋 -Heat your pan to medium and add a light coat of a vegetable oil, I use avocado oil. Ensure your pan is not cool or too hot. These babies will cook fast! -Without crowding the pan and in a single layer, add in the cheese and let cook on one side for approx 1-2 minutes. Gently press cheese into pan during this time for that golden crust. -Turn your cheese over and repeat cooking 1-2 minutes while pressing down into the pan. -Promptly remove cheese from the pan and serve immediately with marinara sauce or eat as is! I dusted mine with some parsley to be fancy. 🎩
