Trauma response can lead to hurts, habits and hang ups. For me I developed control issues and deal with idealistic perfectionism. One thing I’m very uncomfortable with is my natural self. Part of taking back my life and healing from my trauma is to start being comfortable with “me” unfiltered or unmasked. Be proud of WHO you are more than how you look.
