Sketching while working on a composition that challenges the way we look at a model/sculpture. Both are interesting, engaging every aspect of the mind. On one hand, you have the control and confidence of the pen, which influences every decision you make on paper. On the other, you have this loose developing composition, where you’re challenged to look at it differently through a series of iterations.
