Pumpkin spice tiramisu ingredients, makes about 5 individual servings About 35 Ladyfingers ( I broke some in half and some in smaller pieces so they’d fit ) 1 cup brewed espresso 3 egg yolks 3/4 cups sugar divided 1 /4 cup pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1 cup very cold heavy cream 4 oz mascarpone cheese Directions: Add the egg yolks and 1/2 cup of sugar to a heat proof bowl. Whisk until combined. Place the bowl over a pan with simmering water making sure the bowl isn’t touching the water. Whisk constantly until the mixture has lightened in color and is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon Remove from heat and whisk again while adding the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
