One of my New Years Resolutions is to get back on track with my protein intake without going crazy on the calories and this high protein, high fiber lavash pizza fits the bill. You can customize it any way you want but definitely load it up with some nutritious greens and veggies, add in some cooked protein like shredded chicken, and don’t forget to season. I’m using dairy free cheese here and altogether, this came out to 380 calories and 35 grams of protein for half a pizza. Recipe is on my instagram!
