Beware of onion farts but here’s the recipe 1. Hollow out your onions and add 1tbsp dairy free butter inside 2. Melt 2 tbsp butter and mix in 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp diced garlic, and salt + pepper 3. Pour the melted butter spice mix on top of the onions, add some lemon pepper, and wrap in foil 4. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
