Never knew vegan sushi could be this good! This spot at Canal Street Market serves some of the best vegan sushi around. I love their Miso Truffle Eggplant nigiri, it just melts in your mouth. The Dahon Chkn Fried Mushroom tastes so much like crispy squid legs! We also enjoyed the Dahon Signature Roll and the Watermelon Tartare Roll, which mimics tuna. Their homemade mayo, made with chickpeas, is a perfect touch. Crispy broccoli tempura is great as well.
