Turkey Apple Breakfast Sausages ๐ 1lb lean ground turkey 1 clove garlic, grated 1 medium apple shredded 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp Dijon stone ground mustard 1/4 tsp of each: salt, pepper, ground sage Dash of cayenne pepper Avocado oil or ghee for cooking In a medium mixing bowl add all ingredients mix with a fork until combined Wet your hands with water Wet your hands with water using a small cookie scoop form mixture into patties Set on a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper until ready to cook you can prep the mixture a day in advance When ready to cook heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp of avocado oil ghee Evenly space out patties fry for about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown no longer pink inside. Enjoy alone or paired with eggs & fruit!
